12 ga. pump action shotgun such as a Mossberg 500 is a great choice for home defense. Home invasions are getting more common. My choice for ammo would be Sellier Bellot 25 rounds of 00 Buck 12 gauge 2 3/4" cartridges from Lucky Gunner. Check them out.
Double-Ought buck shot in 12 gauge should do the job!
